Simona has extensive experience in the financial sector, where she successfully runs her own business. In our company, she is responsible for managing corporate finances and communicating with business partners.

Her creative approach and attention to detail introduce innovative solutions to our projects, ensuring that every aspect of our work is executed with the utmost care. Simona demonstrates that a woman's perspective and managerial skills are invaluable assets in the scaffolding industry.

Our scaffolding company thrives thanks to the expertise and passion of our founder, Jakub. From the age of 16, he worked abroad—initially as a student on temporary jobs, and later as a professional. His extensive experience in countries such as the United States, Morocco, Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden inspired him to establish his own company, where he now imparts his knowledge to new scaffolders.

Jakub is responsible for recruiting qualified workers, providing them with the necessary tools that meet safety standards, and organizing logistics, including transportation and accommodation. He leads teams of scaffolders, offers them regular training, and collaborates with responsible managers to ensure efficient and safe project execution.

His dedication and emphasis on quality are the foundation of our success and client satisfaction.
